Myway, you're doing great! it's really hard to give up coffee cold turkey. The shakes is due to caffeine withdrawals. You may not get these as weel, but be aware of withdrawl symptoms such as: headaches, depression, constipation, water retention, might gain a bit of weight as a result of the water retention. These wont last long, but nonetheless you may feel them. Just keep up with the green tea. On the positive side, you'll have a clear mind because coffee as well as alcohol gives a sense of fogginess/cloudiness in your mind. Hummus is great for you especially if you make it yourself. Good job!

I just saw the Dark Knight, and like it hits me much I admire the dude. I mean he's gotta a psyche that is darker, driven by so much pain, yet idealism to make this place a home... one free of all that shit.
