How about downstream elevation of serotonin levels from the Dostinex? It messes with dopamine and can bring serotonin up with it possibly. Many people have delayed orgasm taking SSRI's. So just a guess along with the others. Dare I say trying to drop the dostinex?

True. But in some people MAYBE it is a paradoxical reaction. For some amphetamines make them horny as hell and easier orgasm. But in some, it reduces sex drive to zero and makes them tired.

I'm just GUESSING that maybe it is fucking with other neurotransmitters.

This is kinda weird, but I'm on the following cycle and sometimes can't blow a load when i'm with a girl or even masturbating:

Sustanon 500mg pw
Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - 500mg pw
trenbolone 50mg ED

Arimidex 0.5 ED
Dostinex 0.5m E4D
Proviron 25mg ed

Any ideas? The trenbolone is only until week 6 btw

man, I'm having the same problem with different compounds. I dropped all my test about 4 weeks ago (test prop). I"m only on 900 mg primo and 600 mg eq ew. And I'm taking 50 mg of proviron now also. But I can't cum at all either. I'm going to try again tonight and hope I can nut. With you though, I think is the tren fucking with your dick. Maybe your prolactin levels are not low enough? TRy adjusting the dostinex to .5mg e2d or e3d. Hope you get it back, good luck.

Had the same problem with deca. Plenty of wood but just could not get there. My guess is the prolactin from the tren.

I agree with an earlier post, that dostinex can act in a weird way!
Did a cycle of deca w/dostinex and for a while it felt like I was the champ till I could not reach orgasm.
Then on a subsequent cycle I found that I'm immune to deca and tren sides anyway so I dropped dostinex for the entire cycle. Guess what, I had no problems reaching orgasm. I only took praviron

Interesting, could you take dostinex even if you were done with PC.T and didnt use any nan/trenbelone? I remember on my deca cycle not being able to bust for a while but being real horny, girlfriend loved it but eventually couldnt get wood or would get close to orgasm and go limp frustrating....clomid is weird becuase it makes me blow like peter north but i cum alot and then when im close to done i get this explosive orgasm feeling.

I'm using 500mg HCG pw mid-cycle at the moment. Sometimes it helps, but not with the delayed orgasm

In this case I should have mentioned that I also take Zoloft @ 50mg daily (low dose), which I started a month ago. It is an SSRI but I didn't ever pay attention to it as I've been on low-dose Prozac before with no problems.

this changes everything lol.

lo dose ssri are prescribed to control premature ejaculation, ie delay orgasm.

even if you did the tren and the prozac before separately without a problem, the combination perhaps put you over the threshhold.

If it were me, I guess I'd try to juggle doses on the tren/dostinex/zoloft to get the best combination of anabolism, mood and sexual performance, but that's going to be a totally individual thing

Drop the zoloft... and try wellbutrin. You have described a very common side effect of Zoloft.
