- Bb deadlifts 155lbs up 20lbs 4x8
- BB Hip Thrusts 4x13
- Seated calve press 21s at different angles 165lbs up 5lbs 4x21
- Hip abductor machine modified 160lbs up 5lbs 3x15
- Superset normal hip abductor machine 115lbs 3x15
- Standing isolated hamstring curls 10lbs 3x12
- Standing calve raise machine 320 up 10lbs 4x10
