Well, I am on cycle and sort of hit a plateau on weight gaining, so I decided to step it up a notch. Really the goal is going to be around 8000 cals, but I just wanted to see if I could do it for a day.
No, I am not just on some crazy McDonalds bulk plan, but yeah, I gotta through it in sometimes. And since come March when I start cutting, I cant engulge, I may as well do it now. I am actually not that big, 230 right now and only shooting for 240, so I think its doable. bf% is about 15 now and I plan to keep it there until starting to cut. Normally I think my metabolism is average or mid upper average, but on cycle it is through the roof, makes cutting good, but tougher to bulk.
I do have to say, it was much easer eating today, other than the pizza I threw down for dinner, have just been eating normal meals ever 2 hrs.
