High carb low carb days

I have been dieting for 11 weeks now and have reached the bodyfat level im after. Im off on holiday in 2 weeks and want to mantain the same condition.

What do you guys think of: weight training days having high carb, calories around 3000. and then on cardio or leisure days (swimming etc) having lower carbs around 60g and about 1900 caloies.

Is this a good idea, i have been doing it for a few days. high carb days i felt fuller but a little less ripped, then on low carb days i rip up again (bad english but you know what i mean)

Any imput will be welcome?

p.s. Im 6 foot, 170lb, 10% bodyfat (estimated bodyfat) i have a 31 inch waist and im 24 years old, in week 7 of a 12 week Testosterone-Enanthate 500mg per week
 
I do something similar but instead I dont take in any carbs in my off days. I personally woundnt have a drastic of a caloric deficit (3k to 1900). If you want to get leaner I would prob keep my cals at about 2500 for both days to start. On your training days eat more carbs and on your off days substitute the carbs for fats.

For example: 31 g CHO is equal 14 g fats - roughly the same cals

remember that carbs = 4 cals per g
and fats = 9 cals per gram
 
Cheers V shape, over the last week my low calorie/carb are around 1950, whilst my high calorie/carb days are near 2500. It also depands on how many hours im up.

Mon/weds/fri i train weights but im also at work from 7am till 10pm, with only a 2 hour break for training, 50 minutes weights and 30 minute cardio, shake, shower back to work, Long day.

I was told that a massive increase would fill depleted glucogen stores, but that was for a 5 low 2 high, would it work the same here?

Because i do feel leaner on lower carb days.
