I have been dieting for 11 weeks now and have reached the bodyfat level im after. Im off on holiday in 2 weeks and want to mantain the same condition.
What do you guys think of: weight training days having high carb, calories around 3000. and then on cardio or leisure days (swimming etc) having lower carbs around 60g and about 1900 caloies.
Is this a good idea, i have been doing it for a few days. high carb days i felt fuller but a little less ripped, then on low carb days i rip up again (bad english but you know what i mean)
Any imput will be welcome?
p.s. Im 6 foot, 170lb, 10% bodyfat (estimated bodyfat) i have a 31 inch waist and im 24 years old, in week 7 of a 12 week Testosterone-Enanthate 500mg per week
