Help. Partially paralyzed quad muscles.

About a month ago I notice one day when I flexed my quads that the lower half of my lateral quads(on each leg) would not contract. I did a leg workout and my strength was down and even when pumped they still would not contract. When I touch and massage the area I have feeling but no contraction. It's not the entire lateral quad just the lower half. The top half still contracts fine. When I flex them you can noticeably tell where the contraction stops. I ran a fina cycle several weeks ago and did daily injections. I alternated between thighs, delts, sometimes biceps. Never had any problems. No hitting of nerves or veins. The "paralysis" did not happen until after the cycle. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be from? Maybe a pinched nerve in my back? Do you think the fina injects had anything to do with it? I thought it would go away and the muscles would slowly come back but not yet. WTF?

I have hit a nerve where the interior quad fell down over my knee-cap!!!! I was as white as a ghost and almost had a heart attack...it took 3 days for the nerve to calm down and return to normal...Have you had any lower back discomfort?? or numbness in your legs at all?? this would indicate a lower lumbar problem....could be just a spasm...you will usually know if you hit a nerve that would cause such a severe reaction....wait for a couple more responses, see what you think....might take a trip to an ortho/sports doc.....dont wait too long-nerve damage is not fun...
