Hey guys, i wanted to get your opinions on this diet i wish to embark upon. Firstly my goals are to strip fat and maintain as much muscle as possible (like everyone else), Well here is what i was looking at.

Breakfast: Porridge with added seeds, berries and rasins
Lunch: 3 scrambled eggs and a can of tuna
Dinner: Half a roast joint of turkey or chicken, steamed sprouts, Broccoli, cabbage.

I was going to run 10mg of anavar to hopefully maintain muscle. How do you think this will go down ? I plan on running this for maybe 3-4 weeks. My main concern is starvation mode and general shut down. Do you think this plan is do-able?

This is roughly the diet plan Toby Kebbell did for his amazing look in the movie RockNRolla. That is the body type i want to get myself to. Any opinions and ideas would ne greatly appreciated thanks.
 
You need more than 3 meals. About 6 small protein filled meals spaced out throughout the day. This will keep your metabolism up a running without slowing down at times.

add a bit more natty fats into the diet as well, eg: fish oil tabs, olive oil, avocado, nat peanut butter, almonds as your snacks in between meals.
 
Thanks for the info guys, im going to add more meals based on tuna and veg, also il add olive oil and some fish oil caps. Do you think the anavar will help maintain muscle? im just hopeing 10mg in the morning wont shut me down. I also do morning cardio and for snack drinks i have coffee and diet redbull. What do you all think ?

Meal1- oatmeal
Meal2-3 eggs
Meal3- tuna and veg
Meal 4- chicken breast tbl spoon olive oil
Meal5- tuna Tbl spoon ANPB

snacks are coffee and diet redbull.

I also run 10km every day at low intensity and do 5km HIIT on weekends.
