Do any of you all hit cleans very often? After finally getting my form down I love em! For the first time in my life I got my upper back to be "good sore" after adding them to my back workout. I've never been able to get my back feeling sore the next day like that. It was awesome. I increased the weight today so hopefully she'll be feelin sore tomorrow.
