My workout yesterday just ruled. I don't know how else to say it. I felt really strong and energized, so much so that I almost doubled volume, adding sets.
After I finished my double workout, I still felt like I had a lot in me, so I loaded up 135 on a barbell and decided I'd work on deadlifts, as I'd never done them before.
I probably did about 15 singles, switching between regular and sumo style to try and get a feel for which is more natural. I can definitely tell I'll be able to handle more weight regular style, but sumo feels more natural. Both feel very similar to a squat though.
