I have to do back tonight and I may add some deadlifts. I have been shying away from them big time because for the past 10 months I have had really bad sciatica and my lower back is always in pain. I stopped doing squats cause they kill my lower back, now I do leg presses and hack squats for legs. I may be able to do regular deads but definately not straight legs. I cannot even keep my legs straight and bend over, way too painful! It sucks, I dont wish this on any of you guys.
