IMO, the best allaround exercise for total body growth.. well quats too, but now that ive got my tecnique improved on deadlifts, i feel it and man i love the pain...
if you dont do deadlifts... your really missing out on a lot
 
I havent been doing them long, but i totally agree.
I am the ONLY person doing them at my gym. Ive seen a couple people do some straight legs, but Im the only one doing the real deal. Heheheh... get lots of weird looks.
 
i know bro, its fucking amazing, the feeling of picking up all that weight and it hittin the floor and shit, gets me more pumped up for the next rep.... plus i think i feel this more than any otheter exercise ive ever done
 
Yeah, chest day used to be my fave, til' I started deads.
 
i am the only one that does them in my gym also. Wait untill you can put 5 plates on there, that will really get some weird looks.

I just started doing deads and I love the results. My whole body is growing like never before. I wake up sore in places that never got sore from any other back work. Anyone that doesnt do deadlifts should definitely think about starting. The pain is worth the results.
 
Deadlifting has become my favorite part of the week. It leaves me sore in places I never knew I had ( but not my lats :) ) and as a movement, it just feels so good going up.

Or maybe I'm just going crazy :insane:
