Going to the field for 2 months. Needs suggestions for how to keep lifting...

I'm going into the field for 2 months with no weights and need some exercises to help keep or build my strength. Pushups and situps are pretty standard (although I hate pushups) and I guess I could do squats with one of my buddies on my shoulders. Pullups, if I can find a bar that high (zero trees). Any other suggestions or creative ideas?

If you are strong enough, handstand pushups will keep your delts in shape. If you can't balance, just have a buddy hold your ankles. They can be tough on the RC though, so be careful.

usually when I head to the field we look for misc stuff we have around maybe find somewhere you can do dips or bench dips or dips using cots? also maybe find something to hit up some rows like water jugs... be creative

you could like flip cots with people in em....see how many flips you can get in 60 seconds, or do shrugs with the mess hall tables when its time to eat

Try to pick up and carry big rocks and press them overhead if theres any around. If you're strong enough deadlift the back or front ends of any cars or vehicles that are around, and farmers walks with heavy equipment
