Im startin my first cycle today and ill be shooting 1cc of teston 400mg mixed with 1cc triple stack twice a week...what u guys think?
im 5.9 166lbs with 13 bf...average build..
I have been working out for about 1 year.
TRAINING ROUTINE
Ab's will be every other day
Cardio 10 min before work out, 3x/week.
Mon
CHEST
barbell incline 3s 10r
barbell flat 3s 10r .
dips 3s 10r
skullcrushers 3s 10r
Tues-rest
Wed
BACK
lower back machine(warm up) 2s 10r light
weighted Pull ups 3s 10r
bent over barbell row 3s 10r
barbell shrugs 3s 10r
Military press 3s 10r
upright rows 3s 10r
Thurs-rest
Fri
Deadlift 3s 10r.
rack pulls 3s 10r
squats 3s 10r
quarter squats 3s 10r
Sat Off
Sun off
always trying to reach failure at third set
Drink a shake with 2 scoops of protien, 1 heaping tablespoon natty penutbutter mixed in milk after every workout.
Have not more then 2 of the same shakes every day.
Drink at least 3 8oz glasses of milk every day.
Have meat and eggs with your breakfast everyday.
Have a really big sandwich with meat everday for lunch.
Natty penutbutter and jelly sandwiches are gr8 snaks.
Have some kind of meat everyday with dinner...
i would appreciate any input in this whole set up..
