i jog to the gym which takes about 8 minutes, if i walk fast like 14 ...there and back..... might get some rides in winter can be cold.
also on leg day, before i roll in and do 5 sets of squats and the rest of the workout, would it be beneficial to do any sprinting on the way to the gym. im not a pro runner or anything but i can rip for about 80-120 metres for sure.
