I know many aren't bodybuilders, but burning lean muscle tissue "just because" is not something I really knew anyone, regardless of goals, would really want to do. Especially seeing as the more lean mass one held ON TO, the LESS one would have to RUN.

I think a person can get extremely lean without cardio......
Is there significant studies and/or scientific evidence supporting that burning calories at a higher HR doens't = the same fat lamount of fat loss as lower HR calorie burning in the end with all other things being equal?
