I trained back and Bi’s tonight using 10mg of
@Sassy's Pharmaceuticals cialis and Jesus the pump was crazy looking really full and dry. Workout was as follows
Straight arm cable pull overs (12,10,8-10)
Single arm high rows (15,12,8-10)
Barbell seal row (12,10,6-8)
Upper back row neutral grip (15,10-12)
Back ext
Cambered bar cable curls (12,10,8)
Also thought I’d chuck in a few of my meals on a training day at the moment:

Aiming at the moment for an equal balance of 5000mg sodium and 5000mg of potassium to keep electrolytes in check and to keep fluid balance stable to avoid weight fluctuations
