Example day's food: 3,500 calories

Breakfast:
- Porridge (250)
- 2 toast, 2 eggs (330)

Lunch
- Ham, cheese and salad cream sandwich
50g ham (50), 50g cheese (200), 2 servings salad cream (60)
4 slices of bread (340)
- Banana (100)
- Yoghurt (50)
[800]

Dinner
- 3 sausages (990)
- 1 serving of potatoes (500)
- Dessert (240)
[1730]

+ 150g protein from protein powder over the day (750)

Total: 3,860 calories

This is my first attempt at eating high calories, didn't go too bad, except today seems to be reliant on those sausages. Have to figure out some other 1500+ evening meals. Breakfast and lunch I can repeat every day.

Any tips for the evening meal let me know.

need to know age, height weight and how often you train...

that isnt particulary a clean diet, sausages have to go they are a treat for me on a saturday morning.

If you read a round you will get the idea but i am willing to help.

salad cream has to go (not very healthy i have a little salad cream light mixed in tuna)

what bread are you eating? (bad carbs)

need more meals, 3 a day isn't enough...

for your final meal you want slow digesting protein casstein i think it is called swap some of your protein drinks through out the day for a can of tuna in springwater (40g of protein).

and get some casstein protein for night try www.myprotein.co.uk as you are from the uk i see.

get some flax seed oil from there as well gives you lots of calories from fats but they are healthy fats.

will PM you my up comming diet needs tweaking i haven't finished it but have just got the basics down so you will get the idea
