I think my body knows when leg day is coming because first thing I have to do when I get to the gym that day is take a shit almost like a nervous reaction. Then Im fine.
I broke wind on the row station. The one were you lay on it and reach down and pull the bar to your chest. It was messed up because you ass in basically pointing up. Two hot chicks in those tight workout clothes was standing right behind me when I did it. And as soon as i did it, i freaked out and dropped the bar. Made a big scene. I was embarressed as all get out.
hmmm never have i done that, ive come close to puking, ive ripped many doing different exercises. I usually shit withen a half hour after i eat so by the time i go to the gym i dont even have to worry about it.
