PWO Shake, 20 oz water, 1 pak gelatine, 1 tablespoon natty PB, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 scoops powder

Injections, 125mls Deca, 200 mls Test, 300 mls Primo. This should have been done on last Fri or Sat. Was out of town so that threw everything off....
When do you start blasting again Zed?
 
Pretty much up to me and I have not really decided yet. There are some other things going on right now that also will be determining factors for me on that bro. Hope fully soon at any rate. Still working on shedding a bit more fat and cardio conditioning. Wanna have everything g2g cuz that next blast is gonna be hell of a cycle.

we all have those days, important thing is you trained. Sometimes goin to the gym is half the battle for me, just a mental obsticle. I'd rather have an off workout day than give up and not train at all.
