I know my workouts recently have been less then par. I just found out today that my next blast will be right after the holidays. This blast will include the biggest cycle that I have ever done also I am guessing right now that it will be very low volume but extremely high intensity, but am not positive on that yet.
So for now I am thinking my workouts will be just on the major compound lifts. And I am thinking 3x10-12 reps to get my joints and soft tissues in shape for what is to come.
So thats where Im at for now.
