Squats, 5x5@225, 8x8@135.
This is the biggest squat I have ever had and I feel pretty good about that!
Ran out of time so thats it for today.
No PWO shake, lunch date instead.
Injections, 300 mg Primo. I have been hitting pecs for the last 4 sets of injections, will do the same today.

IMO the high reps for legs is a good way to go. I am trying it for my knees. I wanna build up weight slowly but I also want size right the fuck now...
