LOL yeah stevy, you nailed me bro. Fri had to get a temp crown put in and just didnt feel like working out after that. Then Sat out of town.
But today am gonna do my dam cardio! Will log it later after I do it.

Ok cardio for today,
Run a mile, upped my speed on the treadmil from 3.5 to 4.0.
Walk a lap, run a lap for another mile. Same here, run at 4.0.
 
Good to see ur back at er !! Cardio is the hardest thing to do in my opinion..but I'm a hard gainer so I don't gotta worry about it too much yet lol

No injects today.
No shake too close to dinner.

I know my workouts recently have been less then par. I just found out today that my next blast will be right after the holidays. This blast will include the biggest cycle that I have ever done also I am guessing right now that it will be very low volume but extremely high intensity, but am not positive on that yet.
So for now I am thinking my workouts will be just on the major compound lifts. And I am thinking 3x10-12 reps to get my joints and soft tissues in shape for what is to come.
So thats where Im at for now.
