Does your diet change.........

when you have a scheduled off day? Maybe two 1/2 hr. cardio sessions and some deep stretching..........some say eat more to re-fuel, some reduce carbs....I'm off today, but I train first thing in the AM tomorrow, so should I keep my macros the same? Thinking of nixing my normal 6oz yam at meal 3 with a low carb wrap of sorts.....any suggestions?

I would do what you suggested. Activity on off days is greatly reduced and there is no need for carbs really, go low and reap the fat-loss.

Actually, I do 35 minutes of cardio in the am and another 35 in the PM, couple with abs and some calf work..........many belive you need to eat MORE to rejunivate or feed the broken down muscle fibers.....any suggestions?

Do you refeed regularly?

I still say low-carbs, just makes sense to use these days for extra fat loss. A carb meal at night couldnt hurt if you really were sore though.
