Hey - I'm 5 weeks out from my comp. Have been told to just lift as heavy as I can for 6-8 reps or so. I'm cutting my volume and gonna try and increase intensity (though the diet should take care of that
). Before you ask why I'm CUTTING volume - I'm going on the advice of a bunch of smart people on the women's board who reckon I'm doing way too much volume right now.
Anyway, so I'm doing tons of cardio (have to) and weights 6 days a week, gonna try and keep the sessions to 30-45 mins.
Any suggestions?
