So proud of today's WO...
Squat 2x7 @35k
5x5 85kg 186lbs
B press 2x5 30k WU
@ 77.5 kg 170lbs 5x5
4 3 4 1
Ok boobsy when this happens you should come back and do all you can to get your total reps in even if you have to do singles. And then next session you would keep the same weight and see if you can get 5x5 out of it.
But that was a dam good effort and dont think for a minute that it wasnt!
Really pissed with this today in my head I had these done before I started then nearly dropped the bar on me set 2 after that kinda put me off ;( I can't understand why as last session I done 10x3 same weight
I would like for you google Dave Tate and really watch his bench press program. That right there is gonna add weight to your bench and help you to keep from getting injured. And of course I need a vid of you doing these plz.
