Thank you guys .... I'm devastated today we just had to say goodbye to our 3 year old pup,
In feb he had an op to replace a disc in his back he was fine up until yesterday when his whole backend gave way the vets said give him a wk but was touch and go. Then 1am I heard him crying and got up to see that he was in so much pain and unable to move. We took him straight in to be put to sleep. We couldn't see him suffer. View attachment 67733

D I am sooooo sorry to hear this. Nothing worse then losing a loved one and at such a young age. Just think that he is not suffering anymore. I am actually tearing about this as I love animals and definitely feel your pain. Deepest sympathy.
Donna I'm very sorry to hear you lost your dog, I love dogs, I've had several and they become family. It's always a tragedy when they pass.

Thanks so much fellas. It's so hard but was for the best. I don't agree with what the vet said to see what he was like in a week. We thought far too much of him to see him in pain like that. It's going to be strange not having the lil fella following us round. We will be getting another soon as its what we love walking with the dog and days out up the hills etc.
