Today am fasted cardio 60 mins followed by shoulders and tris then ab superset.
I'm rushing today to get sorted for col do will post up my last 2 workouts after ... Hope you all have a great day ;)

I'm so sorry to hear about your job. I went through it 1 1/2 years ago and it was a hard time. That's why I did this contest last year in fact. To change my perspective and change my life basically.

Stay true to yourself. Smile and find something to laugh about everyday. Things will come around. You are the kind of person that is a powerful creator. Keep positive and clear intentions and you'll be in an even better place soon to provide for yourself. :rose:

Hi Bader , Thanks for stopping by and cheering me up ;), yeah your right about the comp it gives us something to focus on too that's a good thing when things are bad,

5mins DC Stretches

Triceps - close grip bench and 30kg 10x10
2x8 unassisted dips

5 mins DC stretches

Abs superset
