Hey Chief!! Thank so much I just finished a shift doing security for WWE wow it was awesome there giant security guy took a liking to me lol got into a conversation bout my tattoos and how amazing I look with my physique I mentioned EF to him he said he's going to stop by.

Anyway yeah gotcha with the no pause on the squats they are murder and I love them. I will add that to press too ,
