I find the notion of cheating interesting. Everyone is on a diet. Some diets are good, and others are very bad with a range in between.
You'll ALWAYS be on a diet. The quality of your diet will determine the outcome. If you're going to have a "cheat day/meal/week" whatever, just make sure it's part of your overall "diet" plan.
