wanted to see where deadlift was at -
a few warm-up's first
135 x 12, 225 x 6, 315 x 6, 405 x 4
then hit it hard
455 x 2
495 x 1 - new pr
just to klill it did
315 x 12
was dying afterward - so finish back off with some lighter work to finish it off. 495 came up smoother than i thought it was going to. going for 515 in a couple of weeks.
