I lost 20lbs with my first serious relationship break-up, it was a ugly thing to be seen, but fuck that you will be laughing at this years from now, at your age there are higher purposes but it makes us feel good knowing there is someone who cares about us doesn't it?

I will be watching your log with interest Dave, I will never be a champ but at least I will make myself better :)
