This is the last week im going to be training heavy, 3 weeks out yesterday, so im going to start winding down. This workout was going to be brutal and i was psyching myself up for it all day, seemed to work pretty good...
ME Lower

675x1 added knee wraps, was below parallel and I smoked this weight, felt great, very fast.

Lots of heavy ab/lower back work
best workout i think ive had in months. the squats were a breeze and i hit exactly what i wanted, i think im good for 715-720 right now. Same with deads, i think 715 is doable. Im so excited for this next comp, i feel 110%.
