I am trying out a carb cycling cutting diet that looks like this
Day 1: 100 carbs
Day 2: 75 carbs
Day 3: 50 carbs
Day 4: 300 carbs
Day 5: 250 carbs
Day 6: 200 carbs
Day 7: 150 carbs
Fat kept at 50-75 g every day
Protein kept at 250-300 g every day
Couple of questions
1. What do you think of it, (ie have you ever tried it, resluts, etc)?
2. My fats are going to be coming mainly from red meat and flax oil, is this OK?
3. Post workout carbs has been confusing me. Is having a protein shake w/ gatorade/milk after training enough? Or should I ingest more carbs post-workout. If I should what are some good ideas. Thanks for the help.
