Crunching sound from shoulder...

my physio told me that a clicking shoulder is a sign of weak rotator cuffs. They cant make the smooth movement so they are forced to click the shoulder around.

Maybe start to consider adding rotator cuff exercises into your workout to prevent an almost inevitable problem with bb.

Get a light dumbell. Lie down on your left side on a flat bench with the dumbell in your right hand right arm bent 90 degrees with upper arm close up to your right side. Dumbell should be held fairly parallel to your body like holding a baseball bat. While keeping the upper arm close to your body, raise and lower the dumbell from in front of your body to right around perpendicular to your body vertical from your side. Then just do the all the opposite for your left rotator. Sorry if it was confusing, but that's the best I can explain it. Good luck.
