crossfit

Crossfit is pretty hardcore...a lot of the arm wrestlers I train with do crossfit and i'm telling you man this shit works. Great overall strength, always look good and always feel strong...it's a great overall workout. It's just not for me at this point, but as I get older, I see myself moving over to crossfit.

I used to be on an ODA team, and that's where I first got introduced to crossfit. We did it in the mornings instead of the standard Army PT. I'd recommend it for anyone going to selection. And as far as rucking goes, I did a 4, 8, and 12 mile ruck every week leading up to selection for about 3 months, and that worked for me just fine.

i recommend going with epistane.. make sure you get in taurine for the pumps .. it won't fuck with your lipids like other AAS will and will do the job

I got to research that I'm not familiar with it. is it a aas? I can't take anything thatd be testable.

They do in seal training but not regulars military alot of guys have gotten busted.

No they don't.

Only way to get tested for aas in the military is to be busted with paraphernalia pertaining to steroid use, or to have a witness statement written to your command.

SEAL, Recon, Ranger, it's all the same, been there done that bro. You are safe as long as you are smart.

ok I wouldn't even consider it unless I had a place out in town to keep it. I'm just kind of bummed I'm going to be losing some size That I worked do hard for.

I know how you feel man, but increasing your calories will help, and there will be time to get in some strength style lifts there.

You'll still lose a little, but as long as you keep lifting and eating, you can keep plenty of it.

Also muscle memory is a powerful thing, so getting back to your current size will be easier than you think
