Critique my squat? *video*

your rotating your hips downward at the bottom meaning your lower back has rounded too

i think thats ur biggest prob. when u come to the bottom ur rounding ur back and not using ur hips, then coming up with ur back like a hyper ext. your gona strain ur low back like that. when u come down thighs parallel to the floor look at yourself in the mirror at the bottom of the rep to check if ur down far enough. when pushing back up look towards the cieling and push hips forwards and contract glutes. that will put the proper arch in your back. i recently started usning a closer hand grip on the bar. made me feel i have better control. dont get discouraged. it took me a whole football season in high school, including spring weight training to get my squat in line. i think some thing that really helped with my form and balance the balance board. if u have acess to one use that bad boy.
 
stretch out your calves, hams, hips, quads and glutes a bit before the heavy squat sessions and a little inbetween but nothing drastic. Concentrate on powering through with your glutes and hips and lead with your chest. Keep your abs and lower back tight and push your elbows under the bar as you go down. Be explosive on your reps and dont fuck around laughing about while setting up, get in the "zone" for it and concentrate. That is the main reason I train alone cause otherwise I get distracted.
 
Alright thanks everyone, basically i knew my back was rounded and whatnot, and its because of the weight. im moving down to 120lb. cause i know i can kill that shit, my form was really good when i was doing that but then i jumped and fucked up. I am also recording my 120lb. squats and posting them.

also went out and bought some chuck taylor, low top shoes not the high top ones. Should i have bought the high top?
