Critique my diet

I am 22, 5'11, around 220 and about 24-27% bodyfat. i am trying to cut and lose some fat. i used to work out pretty hardcore until about a year ago i got into a bad motorcycle wreck and couldn't do much. i am better now and want to get back in shape. my diet consists of the following
Meal 1 Chicken 1 piece
thomas' plain bagels 1/2 bagel
6 Apple 1 apple
V-8 1 can


Totals
Meal 2 butterball lean turkey burgers 2 burger
wonder seeded buns 1 bun
9 Orange 1 orange
Peanuts 1/4 cup


Totals
Meal 3 Steak 8 oz
sunsweet died plums pitted prunes 5 plums

Meal 4 Chicken 1 piece
Banana 1 banana
230 Rice 1/4 cup
Peanuts 1/4 cup

Post Wo 1 scoops protein 1/2 cup maltodexrin 1 tsp glut
Totals
Meal 5 Tuna 1 packet
kelloggs eggo fat free waffles 1 waffles
6 tomatoes 1/2 container



Totals
Meal 6 Chicken 1 piece
breakstone's fat free cottage cheese 1/2 cup
9 kelloggs eggo fat free waffles 1 waffles
Flax Seed Oil 1 tbsp


i added everything up arrording to the labels on the food and my calories are as follows-
3074 total
115 g fat
214 g carbs
264 g protein

i am not sure the ratios but any help would be appreciated. thanks
 
Loose the waffles. Make sure that the fat is made up of good fat, me personally I would loose the prunes and the apple in the early meal and add it when I got hungry in the afternoon. But that is just me. Reduce bad carbs slightly as well.
 
Yeh get rid of the waffles and the breads. Breads have no place in a cutting diet. For your last meal just make it Proteins and Fats, No carbs in this meal Bro. I would also drop some of the fruit aswell. Another thing take your flax oil meal 1 and then again at meal 4. Also try to consume your carbs earlier in the day. I dont know what some of the stuff is youve listed and Im not 100% sure what your macros should be, Someone better qualified will chime in for you. But I would say your Fats look high.
 
ok on meal 1 i cut the bagel and added 1/2 cup oatmeal. i cut the apple and moved it to meal 3. on meal 2 i cut the turkey burgers and bun and added grits and protein shake with 42 g protein and cut the peanuts. i cut the prunes out of the 3rd. i also cut the peanuts out of the 4th.on the 5th i switched the waffle for 1/4 cup rice and took the waffle and flax out of the 6th. my ratio is is 42% protein 29% fat and 29% carbs. any suggestions on the changes.

way too much crap/sugars processed foods...........you are on the heavy side, take care of your DIET first!
