Crak600 & Sassy69, You're My Heroes!

Crak, I did 2 sets of 10 reps of each one these exercises.
Chest press
Seated High Row
bench press
front pulldown
shoulder press
upright row
tricep extension
curl
I wasn't worrying much about the resistance today, just focusing on my form and making sure I was doing everything right like you said, but I was between 15 and 25 pounds of resistance the whole time.

 Sassy, thanks so much for introducing me to High Intensity Interval Training.
OMG i love it. I burned more calories in 25 minutes on the treadmill than I used to in an hour on that damn thing. I did 2 minute intervals of a brisk walk and a "superfast" jog for 20 minutes, then a 5 minute cooldown. I burned 208 calories. I do have one concern though. My heartrate was up around 180 bpm the whole time, is that ok or is it too much? It was tough but I didn't feel like I was gonna pass out or anything. It just felt like a great run.

Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome, as usual :p

Now for my shower cause I'm stinky.

lol Hey Stinky!

I don't put a lot of credence in the pulse monitors on those machines if that's what you're using to measure. According to those things I should be dead a few times already. I do my regular steadystate cardio at a speed that I can't carry on a talking conversation while I'm doing it. The intervals I go so that I'm huffing -- like a sprint. Then by the time I recover I'm ready for the next.

Congrats!
