cooked eggs vs raw

when i dont have time to eat breakfast i just drinkk 4 or 5 eggs. So my question is do cooked eggs have the same nutritional value as raw eggs?
i imagine it would be the same unless cook eggs take longer to digest therefore giving your body more time to extract what it wants from the egg..

The cooked egg could be the only one to lose nutrients, not gain them from cooking...... So you're getting the full profile from the uncookeds, but won't gain anything by cooking them.
 
Today I ate 6 hard boiled eggs for breakfast, I suggest just hardboiling like 20 eggs at the start of the week so you have them around.
 
Grab some pasteurized egg whites, or powdered egg whites. They have no risk of salmonella.

Pasteurized, liquid egg whites can be purchased from many bakery supply stores. Powdered can be purchased easily online (see the thread in this forum).

I do not know the nutritional difference between them. I will often add powdered egg whites to my shakes, and generally eat 1 whole + 4-5 whites when cooking eggs.
 
i think pasteurising does take some goodness out of them... i have read a bit about since i originally posted this.. Havent been sick yet
 
I dont think you lose much from cooking them. I definately agree with hardboiling a couple dozen at the beginning of the week. The biggest issue with raw eggs for me would be the texture and taste. I could always handle a few raw whites in a shake, but just out of a glass turns my stomach.
