Started a CKD on Monday based on info i've learned from here and from Lyle McDonald's Log...
I weighed 225 @ 20% BF in January of this year, and dropped a lot of weight, but my diets weren't precise and therefore I lost a lot of muscle and strength along the way. Now I plan to cut down to 9% bodyfat and then work to slowly add back the muscle. Some recommend that I should bulk back up and then cut the right way, but I'm sick of having a belly and I want to maintain a good bodyfat % while I slowly add muscle mass (plus the fact that i'm going to south beach, FL to party at the end of the month).
I'll be posting weekly updates on my CKD diet to get suggestions/advice as well as help others.
I've been keeping track of my daily diet using an excel spreadsheet. Attached is my diet from yesterday. Based on Mr. X's advice, I have bumped up my fat intake goals and lowered my protein intake today. I'm getting some ketosticks today and will let you know.
Suggestions/Advice welcomed.
Current stats are 6'1" 184 lb @ 12.8% bodyfat
