What happens to excess carbs, fat and protein when the body has taken too much in?
What would your body do if you consumed:

10,000 calories of carbs (50/50 starch/sugar) in one day,
10,000 calories of fat (50/50 sat/unsat) in one day,
10,000 calories of protein in one day,

not all in the same day but for example in day 1, I ate just 10,000 calories of carbs, what would happen?

Thanx in advance, and karma for any info!

any excess calories will be stored as fat if not burned to provide energy

you'll gain fat in all of the three examples

More with the 50/50 starch/sugar, then
50/50 sat/unsat and protein, since you'll use more energy to digest protein than carbs

You will gain fat. In all three of your examples you will gain roughly the same amount of fat, because after a certain point there is no difference as to how much you consume - 10000cals is simply energy, and too much of it - if not burned off, it won't matter if it's pro, fat or carb - that energy will be allocated into adiposity stores. 10000cals is just too much to worry what you're eating, it's the fact that you're eating just too damn much...so it will converge to same results in regards to fat storage

Yes the extreme example of 10k cals would more than likely yield the same fat gain. Damn...sorry about my typing, got back from eye doc, eyes dilated....cant see.
