Fuck that...papaya, ginger, water, fiber...none are working for my 100 gram egg protein eating ass (not to mention the other 150 protein/day).

BRo I learned in Nutrition Class last semester that the body does that becuase it cannot process all that Milk sugar or just regular protein u takingin . WHile ginger root is good what u shoul def take is Acidophilus supplements. THis makes more of the enzyme (the enzyme that breaks down and helps digest protein) in ur stomach. Give it a try

It may be the quality of your protein. If you are buying cheap, $25 whey protein concentrate then yes, you will fart up a storm. Go for CFM or Isolate. You will pay more, but cheap protein is only 77% protein anyways. The rest is fillers, which is one of the reasons that makes you fart. You will also notice less bloat.
