I've been taking ephridine 32mg/2 times a day with Hydroxycut Hardcore (max doseage) and haven't notice anything. I haven't had sides, weight loss shit hardly break a sweat. Is there anything out there, possible from the ag-guys that will work. I want to get to 10% bf before I start my cycle and I'm beginning to get fustrated.

bf- 15%

I lift 6 days a week (I'm not overtraining either), run 4 days a week and eat like a champ about 1700 cals, 230g of protein (trying to cut fat so the cals are down)

Help I want to start my cycle..............Thanks

Your doing all the right stuff; You just need to give it some time; losing weight = Extra time and effort. As for the advice that i can give you is that sometimes when i wanna lose weight fast i eliminate carbs altogether and have a high protein and low fat diet. Cardio should be in the morning for 30 mins light jogging on a treadmil on an empty stomach at least 4 times a week. Stick with the ECA stack (since besides raising your metabolism it curbs your apetite); finally you might wanna add ZMA, Tribbulus and Ginseng to your supplements as they slightly raise your test levels naturally.
 
yeah Ahmadkool is right your doin the right thing. u know if you can find someone that could hook you up with the old stacker 2 (prebanned). that worked great 4 me. but keep up the hard work and just give it time.

maybe you need to change up the cardio routine bro. Depending on how much weight you've lost so far, you might have hit a plateau. sometimes it might take 4weeks before you drop another single pound but then u might lose 8lbs the next week. its weird just stay focused and keep goin. if you are doing the same cardio over and over you might want to change it up. maybe get on the ellyptical one week, next week walk on treadmill at high incline... i like those 2 combos switching them out every other week or so. might want to change what time of day you do cardio possibly......maybe you are lying about your meal plan and you have been cheating some,lol, jk bro. but really, just stay positive and dont give up and it will eventually keep dropping. you could even up your cals to 2000 or so and still lose weight with clean cals. anyways just trying to help a little. gluck bro
 
1580 calls is way to less for someone who weighs 210lbs dude.
It doesn't mean if you eat that little that you will loose BF, your body will go into starvation mode and actually keep hold of the BF.

You should eat at least 2000cals like gymintensity stated.

It's a well known fact lower cal = lower body weight; plus he's using ECA which will speed up his metabolism

Absolutely right.

Its a proven fact that he will lose WEIGHT. Muscle tissue almost entirely. He is burning his LBM like you read about in 'HOW NOT TO LOSE FAT'.

At his weight, his ABSOLUTE MINIMUM caloric intake with even moderate exersize and the goodies he is taking should be 10 times his weight. 2100cals. AND THAT IS LOW!!!!!!!!!!!

I would suggest his LOW days be as much as 2300-2400 cals with all that cardio... 1500cals? There are female competitors on this board that weigh 50lbs less than him that eat more than that PRECONTEST!!
