I also said that I am dispassionate when it comes to either because I use both as mere tools to help me get stronger. My deadlift progress speaks for itself.i disagree, with db rows ur more apt to fuck up. With bb rows, you said most of the time you swing it. Ill video me not swinging it and see how it even looks like a quarter deadlift with a jerk or whatever you said.
I personally do both because why limit yourself, but you said bb rows are useless. Thats pretty arrogant. My sig pic shows what bb rows can do for you.
