1ML of fluid intake per kg calorie consumed, eg 4 or 5k calorie athletes should be at 4-5L per day he said this should be the absolute minimum.. this was from broderick chavez

			@abolone i see a lot of the aussies getting in their steps everyday. i see 10K 12K etc. its very impressive. maybe get some pics of the scenery as you get in your steps
@abolone 7000 steps are on point. 3L water is a lot. you def need it on a cycle like that to help cleanse things out
