DB neutral Press 2x6-8 45kg
Dips 3x6-8 +15kg
Chest Supported Rows 4x8 80kg per side
Face pulls half kneeling 2x12 30kg
Arms 4x15s/tricep/bicep/


Tren micro dosed @ 70mg a week, 2 weeks in so far and safe to say its great, feeling REALLY good, confident happy mellow just fkn GOOD! i was over thinking Tren prior to starting... stay low and go slow! duration is EVERYTHING.

Great session, weights starting to move now which is fkn EPIC strongest ive been to date @UGL OZ thanking you for the oils @PassiveHulk thanking you for the diet/ped protocols! and my EF family love you all!

@abolone 7000 steps are on point. 3L water is a lot. you def need it on a cycle like that to help cleanse things out

@abolone i see a lot of the aussies getting in their steps everyday. i see 10K 12K etc. its very impressive. maybe get some pics of the scenery as you get in your steps
