- Front Squats 2x5 92.5kg
- B stance RDL 3x6 45kg

- Hanging leg raises 3x10
What a way to finish the week, everything went absolutely perfect today! i was programmed 245 2x2 i worked to 250 x2 then went to 260 x2 weights feeling REALLY good now!! check-in tomorrow and day 4 also! deload next week ! things are really starting to come ALIVE now!!
