They are not overworked when you are only doing a few sets, the muscles are already warmed up. There are plenty of people alot bigger than myself who still use this philosophy, so I see nothing wrong with it. 5-6 sets for triceps and about 4 for biceps and I'm done.

I'm right there with the good Dr. Arms are bigger than ever on 4 sets for bis and 4 sets of tris. Heavy weights of course.......

Having 21" arms and a 48" chest isn't going to cut it, I don't know the rest of your stats so I'm not calling you out, but there is no reason to have dominant arms via training them on a seperate day.

Very interesting that you get all pissy over differences in training opinion, you must have some kind of agression problem.
