Better to do arms on a day of its own? or split tris with chest and bi's with back?

that is pathetic, evidently you dont know about agonist/antagonist lifting philosophy, why would you want to work your chest and then your triceps, and your back then your biceps, those are the same muscles being worked and then overworked, when you push doing your chest your using your triceps so you should turn around and use your antagonist muscle the bicep, same on the back, why work the back then go back and do your biceps, your already pulling and pumping the bicep and using your shoulders you should in turn work your triceps, and then do arms on a day all on their own.

agonist/antagonist method

chest and light biceps
back and light triceps

think about this, your pump comes full circle, instead of being limited to one side of your body on the same muscle being worked!

They are not overworked when you are only doing a few sets, the muscles are already warmed up. There are plenty of people alot bigger than myself who still use this philosophy, so I see nothing wrong with it. 5-6 sets for triceps and about 4 for biceps and I'm done.

bro's

all of you are missing the point. Neither of you are wrong. As Mike PT said, to each their own... we are always changing up workouts every month or two, and this instance is just another variable in changing such workouts. For 8weeks I'll do them on a different day as the primary group trained, for the next 8weeks I'll just hit them a bit after the chest or back has been trained.

And to CN1: obviously its evident that you don't know about all the other various training methods and philosophies. Don't tell someone they don't know shit, when in fact you are the one who doesn't seem to know.

My arms are my best attribute - I used to bi's and back and tri's and chest. But I get much better results doing bi's and tri's together - but as it has already been mentioned - everyone is different. The only way to get the answer your looking for is to experiement.

Ok Mr. I take 10 grams of juice a week and also recommends over 2 grams for a first cycle.

Actually I do know about that that's why I said to each there own though. CN1 you don't contribute shit to this board. All you do is talk all this shit to everybody and show off how much you can lift. WOW!!! Im so fuckin impressed by you and im sure everyone cares what you have to say.

I here ya dogg...that guy is a fudgepacker. I just hope people don't actually listen to him:confused: .

I like to rotate Chest/Tri - Back/Bi with Chest/Bi - Back/Tri...

Just mix it up, and lift! :)

Mon- Chest and Tri's
Tue- Back and Bi's
Wed- Legs
Thurs- Shoulders and Traps
Fri- Extra Set of Arms
Sat- off
Sun- off

Seems to work well for me

HUH?

chest-delts-tris in that order >>killer long session

biceps-back in that order (you dont need to be using biceps to cheat on back)

legs

rest one day

do it all over again:D

best results I ever had switch it up every couple months. none of this 5-6 day rest for a muscle group.

hey nosize fatfuck chops 5'11" 200, you no size fucker you need to stick a fat dick up your fat ass, thats why you evidently are a small 200lb fat fuck, 12% bitch and 88% faggot, and mike pt you can suck the dick that comes out of fatfucks ass, you guys are nobody novice want to be bodybuilders, maybe one day youll realize what hardcore is and I hope I am the one to show you, bunch of jealous panzi ass faggot ass bitches!!!!!

I like both... my arms are probably not my best bp, but, I make progress w/ back/bi's... chest/tri's... and bi's tri's. I try to change EVERYTHING every 2-3 months, split/sets and reps/and how many days a week I train.
