Anyone have any opinions on whether they like to split up arms on a day of its own (bi's/tri's) or split them up with chest/tri's, back/bi's. Anyone? Ive heard some guys say thier arms didnt grow until they put them on a day of their own.

To each there own. If it works for you then do it. Everyone is different and trains differently, eats differently, has different genetics and gets less or more rest than others so all those factors you have to take into consideration. I myself train Back and bi's together and Chest and tri's together because they compliment one another. When you work back you indirectly work the biceps so by the time I get to bi's they are pre-exhausted already and don't need as much stimulation. You benefit from the added rest days as well. This is just my way though. My younger brother of 4 years trains differently though. He trains arms on there own day and his arms are a solid 16 1/2 inches at 190 so it works for him as well. Find what works best for you. Only through trial and error will you find out.

I do them on their own, and go heavy. I space this out between other parts so on back or chest day my arms basically get a light workout. Works for me!

Mike P.T hit the nail on the head. Well if your worry try one way for about 6-8weeks and see how it feels then switch your splits.

that is pathetic, evidently you dont know about agonist/antagonist lifting philosophy, why would you want to work your chest and then your triceps, and your back then your biceps, those are the same muscles being worked and then overworked, when you push doing your chest your using your triceps so you should turn around and use your antagonist muscle the bicep, same on the back, why work the back then go back and do your biceps, your already pulling and pumping the bicep and using your shoulders you should in turn work your triceps, and then do arms on a day all on their own.

agonist/antagonist method

chest and light biceps
back and light triceps

think about this, your pump comes full circle, instead of being limited to one side of your body on the same muscle being worked!

I mix them with back and chest and then i have a day for arms alone.

when i mix them i only do 8 sets for the bi's or tri's
on the day when i do bi's and tri's together i do about 14 set each

Ok Mr. I take 10 grams of juice a week and also recommends over 2 grams for a first cycle.

Actually I do know about that that's why I said to each there own though. CN1 you don't contribute shit to this board. All you do is talk all this shit to everybody and show off how much you can lift. WOW!!! Im so fuckin impressed by you and im sure everyone cares what you have to say.
